SHOW UP PCBinder Aerosol Paint
Professional-grade aerosol paint designed for model kits and polycarbonate bodies. This PC binder formula bonds effectively to plastic surfaces and delivers smooth, even coverage when applied correctly.
Prep Work
Start by cleaning your surface thoroughly — remove dirt, oil, rust, and wax. Apply primer or surfacer if needed. Shake the can well before each use to mix properly.
How to Spray
Hold the can 6–12 inches from the surface, keeping it parallel as you spray. Apply thin coats rather than one thick coat. Wait 2–3 minutes between coats for proper drying. Work in a well-ventilated area on a day with low humidity.
For Model Kit Outer Coating
Apply black base coat until fully covered. Once dry, apply color coats (typically 6–8 coats) until you reach your desired finish. Top with clear coat when complete.
For Polycarbonate Body Inner Coating
Apply two thin layers of clear coat first. After drying, apply color coats (6–8 coats). Finish with black paint on the back.
After Painting
Flip the can upside down and spray for 1–2 seconds to clear the nozzle. Wipe the nozzle clean with a cloth to prevent clogging.
Safety & Storage
Contains organic solvents — use only in ventilated areas away from flames and heat sources. Don't store in hot cars, near heaters, or anywhere above 40°F. Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of children's reach. Never let PC binder dry incompletely before applying the next coat, or you'll risk cracking and poor adhesion.
